“میں اندر آ جاؤں۔”
بامعنی لہجہ تھا اس نے راستہ دے دیا۔
“ڈسٹرب کرنے پر معذرت خواہ ہوں۔”
رسم نبھائی، وہ شاکی سی ہوگئی۔ ساری زندگی کو ہی ڈسٹرب کر دیا تھا تو پھر اب !)
“ایسا کیوں کیا یوسف؟“
بے اختیار سر اٹھایا۔
” مجھے میری نظروں سے گرادیا۔”
“نہیں۔ ایسا کبھی سوچئے گا بھی نہیں، میں نے آپ کو ایک عظیم مرتبہ دیا ہے۔ الزام تراشیوں سے بچایا ہے اور یہ میرا فرض تھا۔ مجھے اپنا بھائی بہت عزیز تھا۔”
اس نوازش پر اس کی آنکھیں بھیگنے لگی ۔ اس کا لہجہ عاصم کے لہجے سے مل رہا تھا۔
”میں عاصم سے بے وفائی کر گئی ہوں ۔“
“سنیں، وفا یا بے وفائی زندہ ہستیوں سے مشروط ہوتی ہے۔ مرجانے والوں کو پیچھے رہ جانے والوں کی متعلق پرواہ نہیں ہوتی ہے اور نہ فکر۔”
وہ سن سی بیٹھی رہ گئی۔
“اور سن لیں۔ میں نے از راہ ہمدردی کوئی کام نہیں کیا۔”
