“زوہا سا ئن کرو۔”
تنویر صاحب کی آواز پر اسے اپنی سانس روکتی ہوئی محسوس ہوئی۔ اس نے آنکھیں بند کر کے گھر سانس لیا ۔
“میں آخری دفعہ کس کی دھڑکن سننا چاہتی ہوں، کس کا لمس محسوس کرنا چاہتی ہوں۔ “
اس نے دل سے سوال کیا ۔ جواب ملتے ہی فیصلہ ہو گیا ۔اس نے آنکھیں کھول دیں ۔ زمین و آسمان اس کے سامنے گھوم رہے تھے لیکن صرف ایک بار وہ ان دھڑکنوں کو سننا چاہتی تھی وہ بے اختیار غزنوی کی طرف مڑی ۔
غزنوی کے سامنے کھڑے ہو کر اس نے ان آنکھوں میں دیکھا جہاں نمی تھی لیکن اب زندگی سانس لے رہی تھی ۔
اس نے اپنا دایاں ہاتھ اس کے سینے پر رکھ کر اس کی دھڑکن کو سننا چاہا تبھی غزنوی کا ہاتھ اس کے ہاتھ پر ٹھہر گیا۔ اچانک اس نے اپنا ہاتھ کھینچ کر سر اٹھایا ۔
“آئی ایم سوری غزنوی!! میں آپ سے بہت پیار کرتی ہوں لیکن میں اپنے ابو سے بھی پیار کرتی ہوں …میں ان کا مان نہیں توڑ سکتی ۔ “
ان ساکت آنکھوں میں امید مر رہی تھی وہ نظریں چرا کر مڑی تو حفصہ نے اس کا ہاتھ تھام لیا اس کی آنکھوں میں التجا تھی اس کا دل کہہ رہا تھا وہ ایک بار پیچھے مڑر کر دیکھ لے مگر وہ جانتی تھی پیچھے مڑی تو پتھر کی ہو جائے گی ۔
